These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BY MAYTHA TAILORING AND SEWING WOMENS ABAYAS website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Delivery Duration

Orders take from 7 to 21 working days to be completed. If your order is ready earlier than the estimated timeframe, it will be shipped promptly through our delivery partner.

Alterations

Once an order is confirmed, any alterations requested will incur an additional charge. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept refunds or returns for any reason other than an error on our part.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return due to a mistake from our side.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Payment Terms

Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery. All payments must be completed in advance to process your order. You may pay via:

  • Full payment via credit or debit card
  • Apple Pay or Google Pay
  • Four interest-free installments through Tabby

Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

Custom-Made Products

All our abayas are custom-made specifically for you. We do not offer premade or ready-to-ship options. Each piece is crafted to your specifications, which is why we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
