Delivery Duration

Orders take from 7 to 21 working days. If your order is ready earlier, it will be shipped promptly through the delivery company.

Alterations

There will be an extra charge for any alterations requested after confirming the order.

Refunds and Returns

We do not accept any refunds or returns. Returns are only allowed if there is a mistake on our part. In such cases, the return must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Payment Terms

Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery. All payments must be completed in advance to process your order, either through full payment via credit/debit card or via Apple/Google pay or in four interest-free installments through Tabby.

Custom-Made Products

All our abayas are custom-made; we do not offer premade options.
